Payments |
Term Fees must be paid in full prior to the term commencing. Payments received late will incur a $10 late fee. There are NO REFUNDS. A credit will be applied for no longer than 18 months. |
Make Ups |
In the case of absence, up to 2 missed lessons may be made-up, subject to availability and provided we can offer a similarly graded lesson.

Office Notification |
If you are unable to make your scheduled class, please call and let us know at least 4 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Please make all arrangements concerning your child’s lessons with reception staff. Your child(ren) will be given priority when re-enrolling for the following term. Please let us know if your child will not be continuing lessons. This enables us to give the space to a child on our waiting list. |
Parental Supervision |
A parent/guardian is required to maintain direct supervision of all children under 16 years of age at all times. The parent/guardian must remain in the facility. In case of a medical emergency, parents must be immediately available. There is no recreation or play time allowed before or after classes. |
Changing Rooms |
The changing facilities provided can be used before and after classes. Children 6 years and over must use the gender appropriate change room facilities. |
Liability Release |
Aquastar takes no responsibility for • accidents or injuries that occur inside/outside the swimming pool. • loss or damage to personal items. |
