Payments

Term Fees must be paid in full prior to the term commencing.
Payments received late will incur a $10 late fee.
There are NO REFUNDS.  A credit will be applied for no longer than 18 months.

Make Ups

In the case of absence, up to 2 missed lessons may be made-up, subject to availability and provided we can offer a similarly graded lesson.

  • Make up classes can only be done in the same term as the lesson was missed.  They cannot be carried over to the next term.
  • Should a make up class be booked, but not attended, that make up lesson is lost.
  • Prior notice of your child’s absence must be received in order to obtain a make-up lesson.
  • There is a maximum limit of 2 make up lessons per term, per child.
  • Make-ups are only available once all fees are paid and up to date.
  • Credits will NOT be given for make-ups not taken.

Office Notification

If you are unable to make your scheduled class, please call and let us know at least 4 hours prior to the commencement of the class.  Please make all arrangements concerning your child’s lessons with reception staff.  Your child(ren) will be given priority when re-enrolling for the following term.  Please let us know if your child will not be continuing lessons.  This enables us to give the space to a child on our waiting list.

Parental Supervision

A parent/guardian is required to maintain direct supervision of all children under 16 years of age at all times.  The parent/guardian must remain in the facility.  In case of a medical emergency, parents must be immediately available.  There is no recreation or play time allowed before or after classes.

Changing Rooms

The changing facilities provided can be used before and after classes.  Children 6 years and over must use the gender appropriate change room facilities.

Liability Release

Aquastar takes no responsibility for
•    accidents or injuries that occur inside/outside the swimming pool.
•    loss or damage to personal items.
