STAR KIDZ ‘Fun In The Holidays’

Star Kidz ‘Drop & Shop’ is a fun program we’ve designed to keep children active and healthy during the school holidays. Drop the children here with us on weekdays between the 11th – 21st April from 1:00pm – 3:30pm. Leave them with a drink, snack and ice cream money and collect them later.

During their action packed afternoon, your children will enjoy many activities around the STAR FITNESS complex.  There will be a variety of specifically designed gym sessions and games, culminating in ‘SPLASH’ where participants will jump in the pool for some stroke refinement, diving tips and of course lots of energy burning PLAY!!

All for only $20.00!!

Turn off the T.V, hide the Playstation, kick the kids off the couch and enrol them into the Star Kidz ‘Drop & Shop’ program.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Where the program takes place: Daily activities incorporating our star kidz program using the gym and studios, the local park for games and obstacle courses, our crèche area for arts and crafts, drama etc and the swimming pool where the children will get a stroke refinement lesson, diving perfection class and some fun free swimming games. The whole program is very health and fitness focused but fun as well.

We have 1 instructor to every 8 children and a coordinator on hand for park times and swimming.

Requirements: Children must be between the ages of 5 and 12 years old and should be comfortable in the pool. Children should be swimming at at least a HIGH beginner 2 or a low level 1.

What the children will need to bring:

· An old t shirt

· Some healthy and NUT FREE snacks

· A refillable bottle of water

· If your child is allergic to regular brands of bandaids then please supply some they can use

· An asthma pump if required

· Some roll on sun screen. We would appreciate it if you could apply sun screen before your child arrives.

What the children should wear:

· Old comfortable clothes

· Flat comfortable footwear with socks. No thongs or sandals
