SCHOOL SWIMMING PROGRAM
Aquastar Swim Schools believes every child needs to know how to swim. Swimming is a life skill that is a necessity in our country – with so many beaches, pools, and waterways. To bring swimming to the greater community, Aquastar provides swimming lessons to local primary and secondary schools.
With more than 50 local schools attending our facilities for intensive swimming programs each year, we know what is required to provide a fun, skills-based program to students of all swimming abilities.
Our goal is to ensure the overall experience is easy, well organised, parents feel happy about their child’s experience and children have fun, whilst learning.
Our highly regarded School Swimming Program runs at our
Moorabbin,
Keysborough, and
Berwick pools.
Our School Swimming Program
- 8 days of swimming over a 2-week period (different program lengths can be discussed if required).
- Choose from either 30, 45, or 60 minute lessons and flexible class ratios.
- As a technique-focused swim school, our lessons are taught over shorter distances to ensure skills are executed with precision.
- One lesson is dedicated to ability-appropriate water safety to educate students on water awareness, survival, and rescue skills in a variety of aquatic environments.
- Each swimmer will be assessed and receive a level certificate and water safety pack at the end of the program.
